Visited the apartment and Loc, the building manager, was the most unfriendly person I've met. Communicating via grunts and stares, the visit was very short. Through online messaging I've sent my prospective move-in date, but I was asked this after arriving and it became obvious there wasn't actually any units available for my move-in. The environment feels unsafe, and the apartments also have floors that are obviously uneven (it sinks to the middle of the kitchen that I could tell despite just visiting for 5 minutes).

I toured the property with Loc Nguyen (Resident Manager) and then submitted an application through the portal. Before applying, I clearly informed him that I do not have a U.S. bank account but can provide 6 months of international bank statements. He confirmed that I was eligible to apply. However, after I submitted my application and paid the screening fee, I was told by Loc that international bank statements are not accepted. Awful place to live in STAY AWAY! Extremely dirty, horrible neighbors and management does not care about you being a happy tenant. Super loud ppl walking around the hallways talking out loud or ha going out late night. Management really doesn’t do anything and they allow up to 10 ppl to leave in one apartment. Don’t even waste your time or money unless you don’t care to live in a safe and peaceful place.
Cockroach infested building, your packages will be STOLEN and i had my car broken into twice. Maintenance takes their time to fix things, and the grounds are downright dirty.
