Worst place ever...just like everyone else this place sucks!!! Loud neighbors, kids constantly in the hallways being loud and rude, ghetto people, mgmt sucks! Theyre trying to cheat us on our renter tax information, keep calling/emailing them but they wont respond back to me. Make sure that you calculate your rental tax info when you get it cuz theres a chance they will try and cheat you. Last summer when the weather was really bad, it took them 2 weeks to get us a properly working ac. Do not stay there!!!

When I moved in, doors were falling off the cabinets and there was a hole in the ceiling. It took over a month for repairs.The water is rarely hot. Its barely lukewarm some mornings.The rent has gone up over \$100 over 2 years. We renewed for 6 months to allow for a house search. Since February, they have upped the rent another \$50/month.Neighbors allow their children to run and scream outside, playing on our patio and destroying plants and taking anything they want.I complained to management over a year ago about grafetti ... read more

Not the best place, screaming kids, thin walls... you hear everything. Prices have went up and I think not worth all that you have to put up with. Water was out for 4 days they did not provide compensation, not even a break. Some neighbors are nice, then you have the loud ones that just are not considerate of those tryingto sleep on work nights.Complaining to mgmnt doesnt seem to help. So in a nut shell enter at your own risk!
