Beautiful, senior, living community in neighborly Eagle Lake, Texas. MONICA is the apartment manager and is so helpful and professional that she sets the standard for all other apartment managers everywhere. She has helped me every step of the way while moving my mother into this apartment community. CourtWood Apartments is a clean community with a beautiful community center shuffleboard and adequate parking.

Very simple and quiet. Monica Pagel is the Manager and does an excellent job of ensuring the peace and security of the residents.

Getting expensive for senior citizens to live here ,i understand they have families ,but if a person being responsible for living there. They should worked out for the young families that have their senior citizens living there and get some kind of discount for living there
