Recently I helped my daughter to find an apartment in this town and she looked at an available unit here. While the apartment we saw was nice the management company was not great. They were unresponsive to questions about the apartment (i.e., broken and missing patio glass, leak damage to the ceiling, etc.). She submitted an application with a required $40 fee and they never once responded with an acceptance or denial - just ghosted us altogether.
