Our apartment has been 90 degreees for about two weeks I called and they told me they would come and didnt come. Then i went to complain they came and didnt fix nothing and just said they were missing a piece they came the next day with the piece now he is saying they still cant fix it and doesnt know when they will be able to fix it because of motor issues. We called and spoke with the Community Manager to discuss pricing and availability for our sister. He was polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. We drove around the place and saw that the grounds were well kept. My sister will love this place!
I just keep reading all these horrible stories about inhabitable, living conditions an looking for an apartment I could never move somewhere where people think it’s ok to take someone money and breach a contract the tenant need to bring about a lawsuit against the management company. This is disgraceful
