This Complex is infested with mice if you’re willing to live with the mice then hey this is the place for you. This place is filthy inside and don’t get me start with laundry room it’s very scary and very dirty to go down there to do your laundry inside , nobody comes to the hallway trash everywhere is just beyond disgusting. This is not a place to live and spend money on with all this problem.
I’ve lived in a 3-bedroom unit at the Courts of Mount Vernon, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely infested. We’ve had mice and roaches constantly, and pest control has done little to nothing to resolve it, despite multiple requests. Creo que es una burla de este condominio que hay quejas tan evidentes y ello como que 2 meses sin refrigerador y mal mantenimiento, lo que denota pésimo servicio, y su contestación es tan poco clara e irresponsable
This entire housing complex is in terrible condition. It’s infested with mice, and the common areas are filthy. The stairwells constantly smell like weed because people smoke there all the time. The lack of cleanliness and maintenance is unbelievable, and management does nothing to fix these issues. Living here has been an awful experience, especially with my phobia of mice.
