Horrible maintenance, weed smells everywhere, infested with mice, run down,etc. Only good things are that schools are nearby and mostly quiet.
I will not recommend this place old wash machine and dirty, old carpet , this is the worst place to live management office very disrespectful never been in the office old fridge taped all over their floors cracking all over and unsafe laundry room holes every surface unresolved maintenance issue affecting your causing stress, or disturbing your quiet enjoyment of the living . This place is not for happy living .
This Complex is infested with mice if you’re willing to live with the mice then hey this is the place for you. This place is filthy inside and don’t get me start with laundry room it’s very scary and very dirty to go down there to do your laundry inside , nobody comes to the hallway trash everywhere is just beyond disgusting. This is not a place to live and spend money on with all this problem.
I’ve lived in a 3-bedroom unit at the Courts of Mount Vernon, and it has been nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is absolutely infested. We’ve had mice and roaches constantly, and pest control has done little to nothing to resolve it, despite multiple requests. Creo que es una burla de este condominio que hay quejas tan evidentes y ello como que 2 meses sin refrigerador y mal mantenimiento, lo que denota pésimo servicio, y su contestación es tan poco clara e irresponsable
