I've been coming to Dennis since 2007 and other than having a warranty on something on my car, I don't let anyone else work on my car. Dennis is a straight shooter. I love the fact that he will not touch something on your car if he doesn't specialize on it. He has always done right by his customers!
We went to another shop to have the power steering pump replaced on my son's 2004 Jeep grand Cherokee. Said shop claimed nothing was wrong with it. But we got it home and it was still leaking severely. We got it into Dennis and he was great! Even fixed and error that we made too! Would highly recommend him and his shop for any repair you need!
No method to the madness. I stopped by this shop in person for an emissions test after another shop was unable to help me and I lived close to this shop. I mentioned my problem, he was nice about it but said too busy to get me in today (Friday) and to come back Monday afternoon (very understandable). Monday rolls around and I have my husband call to make sure I can still be seen in the afternoon since no official appointment was made (or offered to be made).
