Nice place. Just a few small things. Some people are just too noisy. The atmosphere is very nice.
Update to previous review as I left the wrong rating. I have had a great experience so far since being here. The community is quiet and love using the dog park available. Maintenance is very responsive and takes care of work calls within 24 hours. Do recommend!
I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME AT CORTLAND RED MOUNTAIN I SPOKE WITH RON HE IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE AND VERY ACCOMMODATING! RON SCHEDULED ME FOR A VIRTUAL TOUR REALLY SOON! HE ALSO ASKED ME WOULD I LIKE FOR MY HOME TO BE LOCATED NEAR THE FITNESS CENTER AND POOL! WOW I MUST SAY THAT I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS APARTMENT HOMES AND NONE ASKED ME THOSE QUESTIONS.
