Management here is a nightmare. Living here was a nightmare. Most of their 5 star reviews for this place are fake and made by members of the leasing office.

I am disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Cortland. While I must commend the maintenance crew for their exceptional service and dedication in fixing issues promptly, I cannot say the same about the management. Unfortunately, it is evident that Cortland's management does not prioritize security. Resident 02/2023-05/2024. Initially, the move in process was seamless. The place looked great. Being a first floor apartment, we noticed an increased amount of pest issues. Especially when the summer heat took over. What did not help, is they don't caulk the baseboards. Which made the apartment more accessible to pests. We utilized the pest services on more than a few occasions, but not without issues. I had an amazing move-in experience, thanks to Jovahnai! From the start, She was incredibly professional, organized, and welcoming. She provided clear communication every step of the way, ensuring all my questions were answered promptly. The apartment is spotless and exactly as shown on their page.
