Update to previous review as I left the wrong rating. I have had a great experience so far since being here. The community is quiet and love using the dog park available. Maintenance is very responsive and takes care of work calls within 24 hours. Do recommend!
I AM LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME AT CORTLAND RED MOUNTAIN I SPOKE WITH RON HE IS SO PROFESSIONAL AND VERY NICE AND VERY ACCOMMODATING! RON SCHEDULED ME FOR A VIRTUAL TOUR REALLY SOON! HE ALSO ASKED ME WOULD I LIKE FOR MY HOME TO BE LOCATED NEAR THE FITNESS CENTER AND POOL! WOW I MUST SAY THAT I HAVE CALLED NUMEROUS APARTMENT HOMES AND NONE ASKED ME THOSE QUESTIONS. Sebastian on the maintenance team is a god send. The amount of urgency, care, respect and humility Sebastian has is beyond me. Our a/c unit broke on a day that was 112. He spent hours running in and out of our apartment, up and down a ladder to get to the roof to fix our a/c and did it so effortlessly. I hope this man gets all the promotions and vacation days because he truly went above and beyond. I will personally be requesting him for any maintenance needs in the future.
