I can't begin to describe the horrible situation I've experienced moving to Courtney Ridge. In 10 days, I had to submit 15 maintenance repairs, most of which were ignored. No one will respond via email or phone call. The only way to get them to do anything is to demand answers at the office, which is almost always closed. The neighbors upstairs are constantly stomping and neither they nor the apartment complex do anything to help. I've found a much better place down the road and will never be back here again.
My wife and I started looking at Courtney Ridge apartments in Oct 2018. We visited several more times until we found our perfect apartment in late December and moved in on Feb 3rd. Throughout the process of showing us several apartments and taking my numerous phone calls, Nayive Concepcion, one of the staff members, was always extremely helpful and courteous. She's a tremendous asset to the Courtney Ridge team!
