On my first visit, the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr Ramos was caring and thorough. I felt understood and that my allergic conditions are in good hands. I am confident I'll receive good and proper treatment.
We saw Dr Ramos after going through a Chain of Physicians to get my 4yr old cleared for surgery. My 4yr old is extremely hyperactive and has some sensory issues so she spent most of the visit under the table while I went over her current symptoms and issues with Dr Ramos, Dr Ramos was not even bothered at all by her as we have seen in the past. Dr. Ramos is an efficient and understanding doctor, the best I have ever seen and I’m in my early 60s so I’ve seen a few. She took time to listen to my concerns, and she addressed my concerns. She went above and beyond to make sure I got the testing I needed. She has great follow through with the results.
