Dishonest, unprofessional, *dangerous*. We got a fairly serious test result on Friday, THEY NEVER CALLED US. They refused to speak to our documented patient representative, dismissed our concerns repeatedly, and when we *physically drove in* just spent an hour trying to shift blame while avoiding telling us if the result is severe or not because Dr. Brooks was conveniently "not there" and her fellow doctor pretended not to be there.
