I recently purchased a secondhand commercial vehicle from Courtney and Patterson, Alphington. I was pleasantly surprised at the service and assistance provided by (sales person) Anthony - absolutely the most seamless and hastle-free car purchase I have ever experienced, including support from Anthony to address some minor post purchase niggles without any fuss whatsoever. Excellent service provided. I would certainly have no hesitation purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in the future.
Rang to specifically arrange a test drive with Anthony an hour prior to dropping into the dealership regarding a used mazda mx5. When I got there, I was served by Chris instead who had declined me a test drive even though I mentioned I had spoken to Anthony before. Chris asked "Are you going to buy the car at the listed price? No, then there is no point test driving." Says a lot about the sales dealership and their unprofessionalism. Do not bother wasting your time. I wouldn't trust a word they say.
Exceptional service! Surain and the service team are polite and attentive in handling recalls and issues.
