Amazing and friendly staff. Incredibly smooth and easy process to get my new ranger. Got my car within a few days, freshly cleaned and shown though all the specs. The staff made the process exceptional. 5 Stars.

Car salesmen were unhelpful and rude when we enquired about purchasing a car worth more than $100K. Told us that we could not buy it from them because we were interstate. We had to explain to them about the permit system or interstate registration, which they knew nothing about. Very inexperienced dealership. We have managed to find much more professional dealerships in Melbourne. We would not recommend this dealership. Have dealt with Ford dealerships for many years, and the customer service here is below par.
