I’ve had a referral for these people for like 4 months, they’ve never once tried to contact me, it took me calling numerous times and leaving a voicemail, they still wouldn’t call me back, would only send me a mychart message to notify me that they couldn’t see my for an additional 3 months. Maybe the doctors great, but the staff is clearly not.
