If I could rate 0 I would! For one my obgyn referred me to this office back in JULY they never called so I called my obgyn to get their information. I then called to schedule an appointment which then couldn’t be until OCTOBER. Which at this point I am very upset because I was told right after giving birth I would be fixed and now I have to wait 5 months after having my child. I am scheduled for October 1. But receive a phone call not even a week before my appointment to tell me that I haven’t had a had my Pap smear complete... read more
Dr. Courtney is very detailed on explaining what is needed on any procedure or examination is needed. Very persistent and does care about other patients questions or concerns that needs to be answered. And makes sure the patient has an understanding in what is going in the visit.
I have to say Dr. Paradise has gone above and beyond to help me for me to get the right treatment and feel better! Also I want to give Lissette a shout out for working so hard to help me as well, is so hard to find Dr and medical personnel to go truly care of your wellbeing and to understand and show kindness in that process. I look forward to my surgery with Dr. Paradise I feel that I am in good hands and to put end to this pain. I want to say that I am grateful that chose Dr. Paradise to help me and take care of my health.
