Over the course of the last two years, I have not been unable to see Dr. Morin because my appointments keep getting cancelled. Today’s discovery of cancellation (#4) happened due to needing to hunt down a refill on a medication that has been pending for almost three weeks. She truly understands my situation and has always been willing to provide the support I need. She consistently takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns, whether through the patient portal or in person. Her guidance has helped me navigate some very difficult moments, and I am incredibly grateful for her care and compassion.

I have had three appointments canceled by Morin, received 2 letters notifying of cancellations. To get another appointment took 6 months, then that one just recently canceled, no letters. I am very disappointed in my service and it takes 6 months when she cancels, now another cancellation. It's almost impossible to get another provider, at 73, I can see one cancellation, maybe 2 but now a third, and no letter .I only found out because I Called to confirm, I do not think thus is very
