I checked reviews of NYC endodontist online. Though this doctor has only a few reviews but the overall score is good. That is the reason why I went to her. However, after seeing her, I know why there are only a few reviews: 1. I came early but waited about 30mins. The nurse said that she was on the phone. 2. The devices and tools look dirty, and the doctor is not patient 3. Though I told her not to touch a tooth using metal tool, she did, and made me painful. 4. Dr. Linenberg is one of new York's finest! Not only is she good at what she does, but also very gentle, humble and nice. The staff was also awesome as well! Thanks Dr. Linenberg for taking away my tooth pain and treating me more like a friend rather than a patient. And to the wonderful staff! Adianny, Aneillia, Rosa, Susana, Nelly and Patricia I thank you all as well. Highly recommended!!!
My experience with Dr. Courtney Linenberg was not a positive one. In my opinion, she is very young, not experienced, and extremely conservative in her diagnosis. My dentist and I were SURE I needed a root canal (all the signs were there) when I went to her office she did a couple tests and sent me off without a Root Canal and told me to come back in a week after taking antibiotics to test again - the visit with her lasted all of 10 minutes. Dr. Linenberg made what could have been a horrible office visit into a pleasant one. The bedside manner of Dr. Linenberg and the staff was the best I have ever received. From the moment I stepped in the front door from the moment I left, I felt at ease and completely comfortable in their care.
