Major issues with staff and policies. Stay away, if you can. Maintenance: One maintenance person was standing on my daughters mattress with shoes on) when we first moved in to replace a broken screen. Another maintenance person replaced a broken towel bar in the bathroom with one that was the wrong size, and installed extremely crooked...also left the original drywall anchors and white paint exposed from the original towel bar WITH no communication on ever coming back to spackle and paint. If you like being nickel and dimed to death, this is the place for you. We moved in and had to clean the carpets absolutely filthily. The carpets in the unit needed to be replaced. Everything is cheap. We moved out 2.5 months before the lease was up paid rent on time each month for the 2.5 months left on the lease, they still charged us for water we did not use $70- per month.
