Truly an awful listener and incredibly belittling. Was over a decade outdated on the literature concerning my condition, but dug her heels in anyway, treating her ego instead of the patient in front of her. So glad I went somewhere else and am now enjoying a life free of the decade-long pain I came to her for help with. Many wouldn’t have, and my heart goes out to them.
Doctor must not have read the chart. I understand she read the literature as she kept saying. But would not listen and kept talking about weight being too large to a person who has an eating disorder. First doctor I have had a problem with at osu. Thank god not all are rude and heartless as this one
This was my first appointment with Dr Collins. I was apprehensive and a little anxious about my pending surgery. Dr Collins discussed my situation and my surgery with me putting me at ease. She was professional and confident.
She told me what I needed to know and answered all of my questions.
Had hernia repair that failed and came back. And I must’ve been cauterized on accident because there was a mark a couple inches from the incision site that looked like burned skin (not a scar from incision). Leaving a noticeable and unnecessary scar. She changed the look of my belly button which I did not appreciate, did not go through the incision site as discussed.
