I was unfortunately referred here. When I came in, I had my Richie braces on, and complained they were hurting my feet, also severe pain in my arches. She's a joke I've been waiting over a week for diabetic insoles or shoes and she hasn't even called it in I would not recommend her to anyone at all it doesn't take over a week to put an order in and I know of other people who knows how she works
