After seeing Courtney for the second time I felt belittled and unappreciated. Her office is incompetent with taking care of prescriptions and keeping up with the pharmacy. When I brought this to her attention she said maybe her office isn't the one for me. I told her I called them several times and she said it would have been documented, but it was only documented one time. She made another statement that was degrading. That is when I walked out!
Better to leave your loved one with Jeffery Epstein Courtney literally said "I don't care how you feel" out loud with words. She doesn't appreciate when patients try to take charge of their own healthcare. $600 to be told everything that we are doing was WRONG even though it was working.
