I contacted Courtney to obtain an auto and homeowners quote. She immediately sent me to someone else in her office who emailed me asking how I wanted to make a payment. I responded back questioning her, stating I was looking for a quote, not trying to make a payment. I never heard anything back, so I emailed Courtney again and still no response.
