If you’re okay with your appointments being rescheduled or canceled this is the office for you. Poor office management, no accountability just a bunch of excuses. The doctor doesn’t care, she’ll just tell you there are other patients with more pressing matters then yours. I guess she got her money from my surgery so I’m no longer a needed as a patient.
Horrible office staff. I called 5 different times attempting to get an appointment, just so they can tell me they are at capacity. So ridiculous. They just give you the run around. Go elsewhere.
I was referred to Dr. Vito after suspicious MRI findings. I have a family history of breast cancer, and was of course scared out of my mind. Dr. Vito was caring, empathetic, and incredibly thorough. I felt cared for and like my health was in the hands of best person possible. Thankfully, after a surgical biopsy it was determined that I did not have breast cancer, and I was discharged from her care to St. Jude's clinic for high risk patients in Yorba Linda.
