First time person was a no show, second time they said they're going to return with the needed part but never returned. Got charged over $200 for coming out.

They can't load pellet after 3pm.
Fraudulent activity with credit cards. Buyer beware. Made a $1400 purchase and ended up not using the majority of the items so I returned them. It’s been 2 weeks and still haven’t received a refund. Next stop is Attorney General, consumer affairs and BBB to bring visibility to their thievery
