I called several weeks ago to set up an appointment to have my gas fireplace repaired. After several attempts I was never able to get a live person on the phone so I set up my appointment through their A.I. answering machine. When the repair guy showed up I told him all I need is a pilot light assembly replaced, within five minutes he agreed with my assessment and he told me it would cost $344.00 todays visit after fixing nothing! I visited this location on Dec 23rd and received a quote. I explicitly told the salesperson I needed to return with my spouse on Dec 28th to finalize the decision, as we both have back issues and needed to test the tub. The salesperson agreed to this timeline and provided the price, omitting the critical detail that this price was part of a limited-time sale expiring on the 26th. Went to take a look at hot tubs and pellet stoves on Sunday. Wesley had answers for every question we asked, and was super friendly. We ended up buying a new hot tub and it delivered today, less than a week from purchase and the day after Christmas! Can't wait to get it filled and enjoy! Definitely recommend, and we will be back for a new pellet stove soon. Delivery crew was great, walked us through how to fill and got tub in it's new home in about 30 min.
Wes is an excellent sales specialist. If you want info on a pellet insert stove, he is the guy to talk to. Highly recommend.
Terrible hours, nobody answers the phone. Walked in for a part and waited 10 min, nobody asked if I needed help. Walked out without anyone saying anything to me. If you need anything for a pellet stove go anywhere else.
