I purchased 3 cubic yards of topsoil for a lawn seeding project, but the product was very disappointing. It contained so much gravel that it was unsuitable for establishing a proper seed bed. I managed to use less than half a yard before realizing the rest would set back my project, and I eventually had to give it away.
