If I could put a negative review i would I bought a pellet stove last year and they installed it. Yesterday we all of a sudden my basement was filled with smoke and we thought it was coming from the pellet area turned it off and called them since we are under warranty they came out and charged me because a clamp that they put on came completely loose.
