If I could leave zero stars, I would. The front desk receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. My mother called for the first time, with me on speakerphone, simply to ask whether she could bring in a requisition form and have an X-ray completed. Instead of answering a straightforward question, the receptionist made her feel small and foolish for even asking. I see a lot of negative reviews left, so I feel the need to leave one about my positive experience here. The imaging area is in the basement. From the time I got off the elevator, to when I got back on was about 10 mins. Extremely fast. The lady at the desk was very nice, and told me take my time because I was in a wheelchair, which I appreciate because it’s not easy to roll yourself around in a wheelchair. My name got called 1-2 mins later. The lady doing my X-rays was so kind. She got my ankle xray done in just minutes and... read more
Terrible experience. Rude workers. Cancel appointment multiple times. Don’t waste ur time here. None of the workers wanna work. Don’t know what there getting paid for.
The rudest front desk staff I have ever seen.
Front desk is extremely rude, they act like they’re doing you a favour by doing their jobs. Don’t bother coming here.
