Very friendly staff and pretty quick moving in the line even though I was a walk in
These people made an appointment for me with zero consultation, I did not speak with anyone. I got a text about said appointment two days before this apparent appointment, I called to cancel and the receptionist Candice was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me it’s normal for businesses to schedule appointments without speaking with clients and that clients do not want to speak with them about making appointments, which quite frankly I find confusing and untrue. front desk people are miserable and rude. treat others how you’d like to be treated. very disappointing for a business that operates of public money that we pay for. unacceptable. Would recommend compete restaffing or at least mandatory behaviour training. unacceptable behaviour for public sector employees
Never go here for any pregnancy related ultrasounds. Horrible experience every single time, most recently at my 20 week anatomy scan. There was a student that wanted to do my scan, I politely declined as I wanted the tech to complete it as this scan is very detail oriented and a major milestone in pregnancy (this was my 4th ultrasound for this pregnancy and I explained that I’ve let students do every other scan so far, and I wanted someone fully trained to do this important scan —this is also my first pregnancy). Rude. Best way to sum it up. I was just in there to get an x-ray. If you've been there you know that the waiting room serves not just x-ray so a full room doesn't necessarily mean you will be waiting hours so when I came in I handed my requisition to the secretary and asked her if I had a long wait ahead of me.
