I am trying to cancel an appointment because of the change of date asked by Courtice Imaging team which was not feasible for us but no one answers and always goes to waiting. The call back feature calls us back but no one answers and goes to waiting again even after holding on line for hours.

These people made an appointment for me with zero consultation, I did not speak with anyone. I got a text about said appointment two days before this apparent appointment, I called to cancel and the receptionist Candice was extremely rude and unprofessional. Told me it’s normal for businesses to schedule appointments without speaking with clients and that clients do not want to speak with them about making appointments, which quite frankly I find confusing and untrue. front desk people are miserable and rude. treat others how you’d like to be treated. very disappointing for a business that operates of public money that we pay for. unacceptable. Would recommend compete restaffing or at least mandatory behaviour training. unacceptable behaviour for public sector employees
