Rude. Best way to sum it up. I was just in there to get an x-ray. If you've been there you know that the waiting room serves not just x-ray so a full room doesn't necessarily mean you will be waiting hours so when I came in I handed my requisition to the secretary and asked her if I had a long wait ahead of me. The technicians are amazing every single time. The front desk are so rude to everyone. Zero compassion and zero manners. They have to take a second and think of what people are going through. It seems like they hate their job. They should all go to a client service course. You walk to the desk and they are all bothered. Unreal thay they all have the same poor attitude. What a shame. Again the technicians are amazing
Tried to get an ultrasound done. They booked me for 30 days away and told me it would take a couple of hours. Wanted me to go through several unconfortable processes before my appointment. To my surprise I walked into the imaging at 247 simcoe, no uncomfortable process, just drank some water before I walked in. They were able to do 2 ultrasounds and an X-ray in about 25 to 30 mins. No words, just a 2 star reveiew
Rudest receptionist I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Incorrectly booked my appointment, didn't bother to read my file or listen to me when I previously booked. Only to call me back today to cancel the appointment to rebook and told me to get my ultrasound results from the seperate clinic I went to. I called that clinic and they told me she's actually supposed to be the one making the request not me. She needs to be retrained and have her rude behavior and attitude corrected
