I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this walk-in clinic with Dr. M. From the moment I walked in, I felt dismissed and unheard. When I expressed my concerns and asked a few important medical questions, instead of receiving helpful guidance or support, Dr. M seemed more focused on making me feel like my concerns weren’t valid.
