I've been going here for about 2 years. I'd have to say, the staff is always very welcoming. They are very friendly and attentive both in person and on the phone. I see Dr. Bell and Kate. They are both amazing! They are gentle and always do excellent work. I definetly recommend this dental office if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly environment.
Wonderful group of staff members and Drs, The manager in charge Kathleen is a wonderful women and is super friendly and kind. The hygienist Tania is the absolute best in her Feild. Great service everytime, the women working front Rochelle and Tamara are an absolute joy to talk with and set up all my appointments. Always a great experience.

Dr Bell is a great dentist , kind, caring, and true professional. I'm terrified of dentist's and he always puts me at ease ( best that he can 😉) The whole staff is wonderful, kind and caring.
As a long-time client of this office, I was shocked and appalled to be treated with such a disrespectful blame mentality by the office manager, Kathleen. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, dismissed my concerns, and showed a complete lack of willingness to find solutions. Certainly not the kind of customer service one would expect from a professional. Nothing but positive reviews for all hygienists and dentists here, but will be taking my family's dental needs elsewhere.
