I highly recommend Courtice Health Centre for its exceptional medical staff. I recently had an excellent experience at the walk-in clinic after crashing my bike and sustaining a laceration to my ankle. Dr. Pang and the nursing staff were outstanding from start to finish. They were efficient, professional, and reassuring- thoroughly cleaning the wound and doing an excellent job with the stitches. This is for both courtice and Whitby diagnostic imagine department - If I could give zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office staff in the Diagnostic Imaging Department was extremely disappointing. The staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. Patients visit healthcare facilities because they need medical care and support.
