Went in to sign up for membership today and was turned away because they didn’t have any “coaches” working today. I was told I had to sign up online or come back during my work hours (8-5). As a business owner myself you never turn a customer that wants to give you money away. Especially a customer trying join your club. The club manager was there as well and didn’t acknowledge me. I do not recommend this gym.

Group Exercise classes have helped me stay fit through the years, and, I am looking forward to the time when we can continue. Best Wishes to our instructor, Leslie, and staff. Stay safe.
Working out is fun and enjoyable. I have meet a lot of wonderful people and have developed friendships with some. The trainers are knowledgeable and have fun with us.

absolutely yes I do recommend them. This place is great to work out at and the staff is great. I always look forward to going my 3 to 4 times a week.
I attend the one-hour sessions for seniors led by Deann ... she’s wonderful. (Deann is no longer there and I miss her.). It’s a good session with weights, rubber band, ball and leg power. Some remain seated, others stand plus she gives options for the exercises. Glad I joined! Wish Deann was back!
