MILITARY PERSONNEL BEWARE! I do not recommend using this company. I am active duty military and decided to sell my house to my tenants and we closed through this company. I did not get a chance to view the documents prior to the notary public getting to my house so upon viewing the documents there were a lot of fees that I did not agree with.
