Terrible tittle company! No sense of urgency or care! No communication!!! Completely lazy and mentally challenged people work here! DO NOT USE
MILITARY PERSONNEL BEWARE! I do not recommend using this company. I am active duty military and decided to sell my house to my tenants and we closed through this company. I did not get a chance to view the documents prior to the notary public getting to my house so upon viewing the documents there were a lot of fees that I did not agree with. They were recommended by my buyers loan officer Citadel. I decided not to sign until I spoke with them about the numbers. They took a $400 escrow for the water bill and I assumed that s... read more
