Dishonest company. I had them come out due to my sewer backing up. The plumber rodded it and told me he had all 100' of his rodding machine out and went back and forth 6 times, so it was all clear. A couple days later, the sewer backed up again. I had the plumber back out, this time he told me he was concerned that would happen because it was blocked 56' out. He said the only way to clear it was to put an outside clean out in to clear it and see the problem, which he said was most likely collapsed pipes. The company provided... read more

After the initial inspection, it turned out that it was the water company who was at fault. The water company did some work and broke through the sewage line and subsequently filled it with gravel preventing drainage. Courtesy plumbing is honest and very straight with you. I highly recommend them.
