Dave was super nice and super knowledgeable. He made sure I understood everything that might be wrong and how we had multiple options about how to proceed,. It I ne we felt rushed or pressured. We have a follow up appointment for a pretty serious issue, and I look forward to seeing the quality of the work he will do!
Nick G, of Courtesy Plumbing, came out and replaced the shower parts which were no longer working correctly and replaced a part of the toilet flushing system, also not working correctly. Everything’s working wonderfully! Thanks to Nick who was so kind and polite, arriving on time, and doing such great work! Will definitely request him for my next project! Highly recommended!!
Great service, and very kind people. Only issue was the admin did not call to schedule the follow up when the part was in, but guessing it was just a really busy week, so they still get 5 stars. I’ll hire them again and again for my plumbing needs.
