Arrived at720AM with an appointment for an oil change, they informed me 1-1 1/3 hour wait time at 720AM. At 845 no news when I asked Brandon how much longer he replied there’s about 100 cars here for service and I said NOT at 720AM with an appointment. Informed him I had a 9am appt to get too he replied I’ll go check on your vehicle, 920 am he states my car is ready. 2hr wait for an oil change at 720 am with an appointment is unacceptable. I was 40 minutes late for my next appointment.
Once I met a service technician the process took just over an hour to get an Oil Change. The Service Technician that was listed as my contact was not working so I stood at the service until someone finally ask if they to could assist. The Service was covered under my lease agreement
