Turns out it's a private charger and the dealership guys have no idea how it ended up on those networks. They felt bad for me bc I drove all the way out here from Pittsburgh and it's my first day having an electric car, and I wasn't aware of the fact that most of the chargers on Google Maps are inside private parking lots or require you to be a customer of the hotel the chargers are at.
