I recently came in for a tire change on my first visit and had the pleasure of working with Tom, the Service Advisor. Tom deserves a special shout-out. Absolutely terrible customer service. Will not be returning or recommending them to anyone. They will make errors and then gaslight you. Don’t trust them for something as simple as an oil change.
Such a joke of a dealership service department! Tire blew cause a malfunction and lug nut broke so couldn’t get tire off to put spare on so we had it towed by our close tow truck friend and they dropped it off which they dropped up front I might add. We were told it absolutely should be covered under our warranty and we were gunna pay for all new lug nuts all round.. well find out now they won’t cover cause “ excessive wear” tire is last than a year.
