Avoid this service shop at all costs!! I have had a terrible experience with the service centre when I attempted to get a repair done for a rear axle issue which Ford Motors had acknowledged and subsequently had released a CSP under the code 24N01. I attempted to have them look at this for the first time on June 28th 2025 and had my appointment booked. However, I was told that I will need to reschedule it on another day as they didn’t had the tools to perform the repairs after I reached the dealership. I attempted for the se... read more
