Well my first service visit and already big disappointment. Booked my brand new (1weekold)truck to have a noise complaint coming out of transmission when taking the truck out of park. Service advisor heard the noise booked the truck in for 2 days later. I left the truck there before they open as I start my work early, all day day I haven’t heard anything not even we are done or nothing. Great experience buying my 2018 Hyundai Elantra from Courtesy Ford Lincoln. Huge thanks to Brodie and Charles for their excellent service and making the process easy. After purchasing the car, I noticed the driver's side mirror motor wasn't working. I contacted them, they listened to my concern, and replaced the motor at no cost. Really appreciate their outstanding customer service even after the sale. Highly recommend!

Avoid this service shop at all costs!! I have had a terrible experience with the service centre when I attempted to get a repair done for a rear axle issue which Ford Motors had acknowledged and subsequently had released a CSP under the code 24N01. I attempted to have them look at this for the first time on June 28th 2025 and had my appointment booked.
