Around 2021, I had to bring my 2017 Ford Escape to Courtesy Ford to have the transmission replaced. When purchasing a new transmission, one of the deciding factors of doing it through the Courtesy Ford Service Center was a three year warranty that came with the new transmission. I paid just over $6000 dollars at the time for the new transmission, and thought that it would be fine heading forward, which ended up being naïve on my part. Great service
Little did I know that I was purchasing "6 new tires from hell" at this facility. After the tires were installed, I drove it and immediately returned the RV because the vehicle was pulling hard to the left. They did not perform an alignment check, multi-point inspection, or test drive the RV, as they claim to do per their company inspection guidelines.
