Great service experience!
Absolutely the worst Customer Service for a Service Department. I have tried to schedule recalls on my Bronco, only to leave multiple messages with no return call. Even the receptionist just picks up the phone and sends you to another voicemail with no responses. Avoid!
What a joke. We bought a car from here new- we are under warranty and the service advisor Kinard (not sure on spelling) has been an absolute nightmare to work with. We have a check engine light going off and on for over 6 months and he wanted us to pay $1600 for new spark plugs ( that they replaced this year) - we had it done at an independent shop for a fraction of the price and the light came right back on.
