Had my truck in for service and a recall which was scheduled and completed very fast. The only problem I wish my truck would have been taken care of alittle better I keep my truck clean and I get it its hot in those garages I too used to work out in the elements but kept a clean job site but to get my truck back with oil hand and arm marks on both fenders with drip marks. A simple wipe with a rag would have been better than leaving it like that.
My service advisor, Wendy Giordano, is extremely efficient! From the time of making my service appointment date by phone and ending with a next day follow-up phone call, everything went very smooth and efficient. Wendy always goes the extra steps to make sure I am very satisfied with my overall service appointment. She truly exemplifies excellence with her customer service attitude and knowledge. I am very pleased with the Courtesy Ford service department!
This service department has really gone down hill as far as services done with the cars. These " certified" techs cant find issues or fix. Just go to Karpro or Stucky.
