Staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Although while sitting in the lounge waiting, you have to listen to a door constantly slamming. Extremely irritating - I mean. How much would it cost to add a rubber bumper it similar.
Nick Mayer Mayfield allowed me to return my car without following up on the disposition fee at lease return. I handed the keys off and they told me I was good to go. A year later the balance went to collections and a charge off was assessed to my credit. My investigation showed both the dealership and finance department did not have my correct email, address, or phone number to contact me about the balance.
