Courtesy Collision was my go to place for repairs in the past but this time they really let me down by missing repairs on my SGI claim. No help after the fact even though I let them know about issue as soon as they opened the next day. Didn't stand by their repairs or service for even 15 hours. No accountability was taken by them. No longer can recommend after my most recent service.
DO NOT LET THESE IDIOTS TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE!!! I brought my vehicle here for an sgi claim. EVERYTHING THEY TOUCHED HAD TO BE REPAIRED. They did more damage to my vehicle than it had when it went in. Absolutely everything they touched hadcto be redone!! We also found where they tried to sabatoge my engine so I would bring it back to them again and again. Lucky for me, IM THECONE THAT BUILT MY VEHICLE AND AM VERY VERY MECHANICALLY INCLINED. VERY VERY SKETCHY/SCAMMY PLACE! MD AUTO IS BETTER!!! 💯💯
First best thing to do is not to get into accident, and second best thing to do is NOT to take your car to Courtesy Collision. List of issues starting from installing below the trim level part, issues after "fixed"; be prepared to go multiple times their shop , no certified journeyman worker hence takes the car to the Autogallery Subaru to fix it. Not being pro-active/anticipate to order the parts in advance, you might lose a week or two just to get simple bolt they didn't order.
