Drop off was on Wed. Was told vehicle would be ready Friday. Called back for a rental and was told no it would only be one day in shop. I had to call them and the vehicle was not ready until Friday now and they couldn’t not get me a rental because the MC Debit wasn’t good enough. Friday came and I called again and was told my vehicle was somewhere else getting the repair done and wasn’t done yet. I went the long weekend with no car. Courtesy Collision was my go to place for repairs in the past but this time they really let me down by missing repairs on my SGI claim. No help after the fact even though I let them know about issue as soon as they opened the next day. Didn't stand by their repairs or service for even 15 hours. No accountability was taken by them. No longer can recommend after my most recent service.
