I just wanted an oil change on a brand new jeep. I made a 7am appointment in order to get it done in time for work at 9am. This is something the dealership next to them repeatedly handled easily for my last car. Unfortunately the oil change took over an hour. And then the service rep let my keys sit on his desk for 45 minutes after it was done before I finally forced him to ring me up so I could leave.
