Customer service was wonderful. My service advisor was great. Very communicative and nice. The fact that adding 2 qts of coolant and pressure testing the system cost me $460 is absolutely ridiculous. I got a notification to approve or deny service. Within 30 min the service was marked as complete and done. So to recap. You plugged into my car it told you low coolant for the battery pack. And you added 2qt of coolant for that insane price. This is why dealerships are a joke.
Always a pleasant experience dealing with Courtesy Chevy and their support staff. My service rep Victor was very professional and did an excellent job keeping me informed of vehicle status. I especially appreciate feedback on suggested maintenance items identified by technicians. Thanks again. Excellent !
took my corvette in for a convertible issue. completely destroyed my vehicle. scratched, oil stained on white seats, broken / damaged interior parts, lid that opens up making loud noise, top of hood scratches, and convertible still not working properly
