I can’t blame the body shop personnel, but because the Volvo dealership owns Polestar and Courtesy owns a Volvo dealership, de facto means that the overall experience with the courtesy has been negative. My vehicle was dropped off at the volvo dealer for bumper polestar 2 understanding there was delays. I had to reach out to figure out what happened to my vehicle and it turns out the vehicle was sitting in their lot and no with no contact info. This body shop is one of the easiest to work with. The staff are very knowledgeable and they get your repairs done in a timely manner. Jorge is very professional in all he does for us.

Had a great experience with my estimator, Robert. He was very attentive and made sure to keep me updated, and went to bat for me to get new, OEM parts instead of used/reconditioned. Also, while the car took longer to repair than originally promised/estimated, it was due to issues outside of the control of the body shop, so I'm not going to fault them at all for that.
