Love these guys. Great work, done early, stellar communication.
Less than impressed with Courtesy Collision. They’ve had my car for 10 days so far, for what should have been a straightforward bumper repair, and most of the time seems to have been spent ordering parts. Each time I call, I’m told it will be ready in three working days, but that timeline keeps moving. They seem understaffed, with lot of people on vacation, and the whole process has felt disorganized. I’d recommend going elsewhere unless you are prepared for your car to go on its own extended vacation.
Was happy with the craftsmanship and professionalism with my vehicle. All looked like it never was damaged when recieve vehicle back thank you courtesy Chevrolet and all state.
