worst place ever. Was told by Brandy we could pick up our car, and when we got there they wouldn't release the car to us because the insurance company still owed a payment. The lady named Ireland was so rude and disrespectful and shouldn't be working customer service anywhere. For Ireland to threaten to keep people's car an be beyond disrespectful is just sad. I will tell everyone not to even come here ever.

The customer service is here terrible!!! Called this morning and asked if my car was ready spoke to brandy; she CLEARLY stated that my car was ready for pick up and we can go ahead and come get it. When I arrived, I was told that they could not release my car to me since they were waiting on the insurance company. The staff seemed annoyed and irritated that i showed up.
