Quality repairs, done timely. Jorge was attentive to all my questions, and even chased down the house keys I left in the vehicle at dropoff
Friendly staff and work was completed on schedule time. It would be great if they would offer the opportunity to rent or loan a car while yours is in the shop. Other than that great job!
Inexperienced and waste of time. I very clearly explained upon booking the estimate that did not need or want to leave the car for any extended period of time due to being a fleet vehicle. It was stated this was not a problem. This is a simple part (targa top) that needs a supplement submitted for insurance. I dont want to hear this is “policy” after already addressed this exact scenario. Super disappointing and very unprofessional. Pretty standard sub par service from Chevy.
