Great customer service. Service department is very helpful and always provides good information for an informed decision.

Service is usually good but the last couple times I've notice that my tires weren't rotated as I ask them to be!
The staff at hertrich Chevrolet is always friendly and knowledgeable. Service is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
When I took my 2005 Suburban into the dealership, I was met by Service Advisor Kiana Rogers who was very pleasant and helpful. she took all my information and assisted me with the repair procedure. She maintained communication with me and advised me of the problems and how long they would take to repair. I was very pleased with the entire process, and my vehicle was finished early and completely repaired. I couldn't ask for better service and efficiency. Kudos to the dealership and its employees in a job well done.
