Scheduled oil change with chat person while I was self scheduling and chat person said they would schedule for me. Conformation given by chat person. Upon arrival at scheduled time service of oil change not confirmed with desk staff. Desk staff did honor as a work in (20 min after scheduled time). Thanks to desk staff for the kindness.

Thanks to Ashley and others in the service department. They were very helpful and explained costs associated with the services I was needing on my truck. However, the parts department was where I had an issue. When I called and explained my issue last week and needing a new "Key Fob" for my 2025 Chevy Silverado, I was not told that did not include the KEY in the fob.
