We had absolutely no clue how to shop for carpet. Jay made sure to bring us through every step and told us our options. The service is second to none and the installation was fast and perfect! We are extremely glad that we went to a local merchant vs. a big box store like Home Depot or Lowes.

I was in the market for a carpet and I live in the Danbury area. I called Courtesy Carpet to check a price and found they were much less expensive than the local places that I had gone to. When Jay came to measure he asked me if I would mind a seam showing across the room since it was over 12 feet wide. I told him that would not be a good thing to look at. I shopped for about a month when picking out carpets for our new house. I went to many of the area carpet stores as well as Home Depot and Lowes to price shop and look for the best quality. Courtesy Carpet was the one few stores which had guys who knew carpets, room sizes, what worked best during installation and had good deals as well. Home Depot and Lowes had attractive prices but really cheap quality carpet and no one knew what they were doing. End of the day I went with Courtesy Carpet. Tropical Sun Tan Center is a great place to tan. Clean facilities, friendly employees, nice beds. Conveniently located acroos from Trumbull Center next to Dunkin Donuts.
