I bought a 2026 Chevrolet Trax in July and was very pleased with my salesman. In September I took it in for my free oil change and the service was amazing. I would definitely recommend Champion Chevrolet for all your auto needs.
Service advisors are amazing people. Will really go out the way to help you out. Service manager stays mad all the time. Ignore the smile, it wont last long on him :)
I recently had my GMC truck worked on at Champion in Kingsport, TN and was so impressed that I took my wife’s Prius back for servicing. I was not disappointed. Everyone was kind and courteous and the work was completed promptly.
Always had good service and helpful staff both when taking my vehicle for service and purchasing vehicles. I always go back to the dealer for work when I find a good one and this is one of them.
Had a good salesman! But the service after the sale is hard to get especially with a finance manager Kevin, I've called and left numerous messages for him to call me back he has not yet returned my call,! To say the least I'm very upset and probably will never buy from champion Chevrolet again!
