Went to have my van fix, the service tech Matt was excellent. He kept me informed every step and recommended what my van needed. Professional service.
Bought my car here. The car is great and almost everything with it was above board. The transaction itself was fraudulent. The listing stated it was a Toyota Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The sales pitch included its warranty and inspection. These were lies revealed only after I paid for car insurance and was signing the financial documents. Absolutely recommendable! Thanks to Shannon Shields, my first time at a dealership service center went smoother than xlax. I was treated with tremendous service and really felt like family. From the staff to the other toyota owners around. Great place, amazing knowledge, very fair prices and understandings. I think I may have just become a forever toyota owner.
