Color on bumper does not match car. They came up with several reasons including, “even a brand new car looks different because the material is different “. However they would not show me a brand new car to compare. They were rude and treated me like I was dumb. They blamed everything and everyone instead of saying they messed up. If they were nicer I would maybe be ok with it, but they were so rude. I’m so sorry I ever bought a vehicle of that brand and have to deal with them. They did an amazing job fixing the whole right side of our CRV. Better than that is how well Shane communicated with us to keep us updated. Just an excellent experience.
