During a transport from LMH to OSU the employees were rude and didn't follow proper protocal which cause me to not receive care in the correct way. After several calls they have admitted that my treatment was not handled correctly and my life was put at risk due to they actions of their employees but are revusing to make it right and the only thing being offered is a 50% reduction of the out of pocket charge. I have been told that I can not speak tp then owner regarding this matter .

I saw a set of drivers today escorting an elderly woman at a doctors appointment. The taller man was very ride and condescending to the woman who was clearly frightened and in distress. I wish I'd have gotten his name because how he treated her was reprehensible. How would he feel if someone treated his grandmother that way.
