The staff here are wonderful, warmhearted, kind human beings. When I took my sick cat to see what was wrong, they gave me the worst news possible. They gave me as much time as I needed to say goodbye and were all very sympathetic. When I went to get her ashes today, they also wrote me a card that included paw and nose prints. They truly are amazing!

I was very impressed with the exemplary knowledge, care and compassion Dr Hunter provided my cat Hailey. I was provided the time to discuss the history as to what led Hailey to receive immediate care. I instantly felt at ease during my conversation with Dr Hunter as she thoroughly discussed all the test results with me. In the end, I felt reassured that Hailey's issues were addressed and would resolve with the treatment plan provided.
We lost our dog while in France and realized that the GPS function with the micro chip which we had inserted into him in 2009 was only effective in the USA and Canada. It would be helpful if people are given this information when they are purchasing the chip.
We just moved to Scotland with our two cats, and Courtenay Veterinary Clinic help us with everything. Trying to find all the correct information to travel with pets is so awful! These ladies though, made it much easier!! I can't say enough about how fantastic they were. Between exams, vaccines, and paperwork, these girls rock! Dr. Hunter was kind and patient, and very understanding of our anxiety about traveling with pets. Extra shout-out to Melaina for filling out all that exhausting paperwork. We appreciate you so much
